As we continue progressing towards launching the Strong AI app, we're excited to share a first look at how the platform is beginning to take shape. This preview offers a glimpse into what users can expect from the experience, and how we’re integrating key features designed to support mental well-being.
At the heart of the app is MIA, our compassionate AI chat assistant — built to listen, guide, and support users with empathy-driven responses and reflective conversations. But the app goes beyond chat alone.
Our early prototype also includes essential sections such as:
Calendar – Helping users stay organised, track mood patterns, and set reminders for self-care.
Friends – A space to connect safely and share progress or experiences with trusted contacts.
Exercise – Promoting mental and physical health with simple activity ideas and mindful movement tracking.
Community – Building a supportive network where users can read, share, and engage with others navigating similar challenges.
Help – Quick access to professional resources, emergency support links, and guidance when it’s needed most.
This first look marks an important moment in our journey. Every part of the app is being developed with real people in mind — shaped by the stories we’ve heard and the research we’ve conducted in the field.
As we edge closer to Beta testing, we’re working hard behind the scenes to refine functionality, enhance user experience, and ensure MIA responds with the warmth, professionalism, and care that Strong AI stands for.
Stay tuned — the future of accessible, supportive mental health care is coming.
